Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence processes by computer systems. These processes include learning (the acquisition of information and rules for using it), reasoning (the use of rules to reach approximate or definite conclusions), and self-correction. AI technologies enable machines to perform tasks that typically require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and language translation. AI can be categorized into two main types: narrow AI, which is designed for specific tasks, and general AI, which would possess the ability to understand and reason across a broad range of tasks, similar to human intelligence. The field encompasses various sub-disciplines, including machine learning, natural language processing, robotics, and computer vision. AI applications are found in numerous sectors, impacting everyday life through technologies like virtual assistants, recommendation systems, and autonomous vehicles.
